Sizing
Please ensure you confirm the size of your desired item before booking. All dimensions are clearly stated in each product’s description. We will not be liable for issues due to incorrect sizing.
Power
Power supply is solely the responsibility of the client.
Inflatables require a constant power source*for their blowers to remain inflated. We provide extension cords up to *6 meters (20 feet) in length.
Access
A flat, level surface is required for setup — no gravel, pebbles, mud, or steep inclines.
If your event is on an upper floor, please inform us after booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Our standard delivery window is between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM, with pickup by 7:00 PM. If you require early delivery, please inform us after booking so we can make arrangements.
If our standard delivery and set-up times do not work for your event, kindly let us know before booking. Additional charges will apply for late-night or overnight services.
