Booking Policy

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing the description & requirements of each item before booking.
• Items marked as add-ons cannot be booked alone or alongside only other add-ons.
• Some add-ons must be booked with specific items:
• Slide → Only with a ball pit
• Plastic fences & mats → Only with soft play
• Spin seat → Only with soft play

Customisation/Branding

  • Customisation needs to be booked at least 2 working days before event.
• Customisation details/Logo needs to have been received for printing at least 2 working days before the event.
  • If printing/production is not attainable due to time constraint a refund will be given on customisation

Usage Policy
To maintain the quality and cleanliness of our rentals:


  • No face or body paint on white or pastel items
• No shoes, food, drinks, glue, staples, or sharp objects allowed on any item
• Go-Karts and Bumper Cars are limited to a 5-hour rentals

Power Supply

  • We do not provide power. Clients must ensure access to a suitable source for items like inflatables.
• We provide extension cables up to 6 metres (20 feet)
• Required rating for inflatables: 220V / minimum 1200 watts

Reservation Policy

  • A reservation is confirmed only upon full payment (100%)
• No services will be rendered without complete payment

Change Policy

If change occurs on event day:


  • If new items cost less → No refund; transportation costs apply
• If new items cost more → Balance + transportation will be charged

If change is made 1+ days before the event:


  • Full value is transferrable to the new item(s)
• If new items cost less, the balance is issued as store credit

Changes are subject to item availability. Replacements may be suggested. No refunds or credits will be issued if original items are unavailable.

Note: One change to your booking is allowed. A second change is treated as a cancellation.

Postponement Policy


  • 1–7 days prior: 50% of the contract value is charged; 50% carried over to the new date
• 8+ days prior: Full value is carried over
    All reschedules are subject to availability. If original items are unavailable, suitable alternatives may be offered. No refund or credit will be issued in such cases.

Note: A second postponement will be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation Policy


  • 1–8 days prior: 70% of fee charged, 30% refunded
• 9–16 days prior: 40% of fee charged, 60% refunded
• 17+ days prior: 10% admin fee charged, 90% refunded

Faulty or Defective Items

  • If an item is faulty at delivery, a replacement will be provided immediately
• If damage or loss is caused by the client or guests, full replacement cost will be billed to the Client.

Client Responsibilities

  • While our staff may assist, caregivers (parents/nannies) must supervise children at all times
• The Bounce House Co. is not liable for injuries resulting from lack of supervision

Delivery & Retrieval

  • Delivery and setup times are arranged in advance
• All items are retrieved by 7:00 PM
• Extended use past 7:00 PM incurs extra charges
• If items are delivered but unused (without prior cancellation), the order is considered complete—no refund
• Our delivery team will wait a maximum of 15 minutes for venue access. If access is not granted, they will leave and a re-delivery fee will apply

Acts of Nature

In the event of natural disasters, loss of life, pandemics, or curfews:


  • You may postpone to a future date at no cost, OR
• Receive a 50% refund of deposit
    We are not liable for weather disruptions (e.g. rain at outdoor events)


Beach House Service

  • A refundable deposit of N100,000 is required for any booking involving our items and staff to be transported via boat
  • The Bounce House Co. is responsible for transporting all rental items and staff to the boat jetty
• Transportation from the boat jetty to the venue is the sole responsibility of the Client.
• Transportation from the venue back to the boat jetty is the sole responsibility of the Client.
• All items and staff must return to the jetty by 10:00 PM. Failure to do so will result in a rental charge for an additional day, deducted from the refundable deposit.
• Any payments made by The Bounce House Co. on behalf of the Client — including but not limited to payments to local area personnel (“thugs”), venue fees, or additional transportation costs — will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
  • The safety of all rental items and staff remains the sole responsibility of the Client while in their care. Any damage, loss, theft, injury or loss of life will be borne by the Client, and the corresponding cost must be paid by the Client.

Note: Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 48–72 hours
