Each item is thoroughly cleaned at our warehouse before every event. Once set up at the venue, we wipe down and sanitize everything again to ensure a spotless experience.
Face/body paint is not allowed on white or pastel bounce houses due to the risk of permanent stains. If you’re planning to have face painting and still want to book our white or pastel bounce houses, we simply ask that face/body paint is wiped off before use. Face wipes will be provided by our on-site staff.
We offer a variety of items for all age groups—including adults! Recommended age ranges are listed under each product description.
Most rentals (excluding electric ride-ons) are available for a full-day booking, ending at 7:00 PM. Bookings that extend past 7:00 PM will incur extra charges.
Delivery typically takes place between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Electric ride-ons such as go-karts and bumper cars are limited to a 5-hour rental period.
Deliveries are scheduled between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM, depending on the day’s bookings.
If you need an earlier setup, please let us know after payment. We can also arrange delivery the day before (see next question).
Yes, early delivery can be arranged based on availability.
For outdoor venues, we’ll deliver the day/night before but set up will occur on event day (due to the risk of rain). Our staff can arrive as early as 5:00 AM for setup.
Absolutely! A staff member will be present throughout the booking to handle setup, teardown, and ensure safe usage of items. However, caregivers (parents/nannies) must supervise the children at all times.
Clients are responsible for providing power. We do not provide fuel or generators.
We’ll bring an extension cord (up to 6 meters/20 feet) to connect to your nearest power source.
Only inflatables require continuous power during use.
We accept bank transfers and online payments.
Yes. An 100% deposit is required to secure your booking.

We are not liable for disruptions caused by rain or other natural events. If your event is outdoors, we recommend checking the weather forecast in advance and planning accordingly.
Yes, as long as there’s enough space.
Note: Inflatable blowers produce a constant humming sound, which may be loud in small enclosed areas.
Dimensions and required space for each item are listed in their descriptions. It’s your responsibility to ensure adequate space.
Alternatively, we can assess your venue for a N20,000 fee—which will be deducted from your total if you proceed with the booking.
